Are you ready to make progress and achieve more for body, mind and spirit? Progress Yoga Studio provides yoga classes, holds wellness events and offers corporate, team building experiences.
- Beginners Welcome: Many of our students are beginners or just getting back into a regular practice.
- Age Friendly: This is not a gym filled with 20 something athletes. Our students range in age from 30’s to 60’s.
- Peaceful, quiet, safe: The studio was designed to offer a tranquil space away from your day to day busyness. We also lock the doors during all classes.
- Many Options: We offer 18 classes per week, Monday- Friday. The yoga class schedule includes Flow Yoga, Yin- Deep Stretch, Fascia Rolling (roll & release) and Restorative Yoga. Our sequences and flows focus on alignment and sustainability.
We are conveniently located just off Cumming Highway on the southeast side of Canton, GA. This is a smidge north of Milton and Alpharetta, GA, and a small hop to the west of Cumming, GA. The studio is in the Macedonia Kroger shopping center.
Our yoga studio is spacious, has plentiful parking and is easily accessible from multiple entrances. Our decor mixes traditional yoga studio elements with local, rustic farmhouse accents.
The name “Progress” was chosen very deliberately for the yoga studio. To progress is to move forward. All of the classes and activities offered at our studio will help motivate you to progress forward to your best self, and to achieve your personal or professional goals.

Progress Yoga, LLC was founded by Marci Reynolds in 2019, allowing her to blend her love for yoga and wellness with her corporate america leadership experience.
In 2018, Marci made the move from Johns Creek, GA to the Free Home area of Canton, GA with her husband and 6 small dogs. She quickly noticed that there was an absence of yoga studios in the area.
Shortly thereafter, Progress Yoga, LLC was born.
Prior to opening Progress Yoga, Marci practiced yoga for more than 15 years, became certified to teach yoga in 2017 (RYT 200 Yoga Alliance), and has since taught more than 250 hours of yoga classes.
When Marci is not teaching yoga or running the studio, she enjoys volunteering for animal rescue organizations, shopping at thrift stores and completing jigsaw puzzles.
